The interview process was straight forward and easy to schedule. The interviewer eventually became my manager once I was hired. I had two interviews I think. Both were over zoom at the time.

The hiring and interview process was very laid back and relaxed--which matched the company culture. I applied through a relative who knew someone at the company. First, I sat down with him and learned more about the agency and his role. Then, I received an official interview (the one most interns will start with). It was one interview with the supervisor you will be working with and it was very relaxed.

There were two rounds of interviews. Both were pretty casual. They were very responsive when I had questions when scheduling interviews and when I would hear back. They showed that they took the time to read my resume which I appreciated

They asked me to explain my resume. They asked what my availability would look like. They asked about what made we want to work with them and if there were any campaigns that they did that stood out to me. They asked about my working style and if I could come into the office since they have a hybrid schedule.
