It was quite a simple interview. They sat me down, asked me some questions and also asked for my availability. After that I spent around 5/10 minutes walking round the store with a manager talking to customers while the manager watched and would only step in if product knowledge was required.

I was already known within the company but had to have interview anyway. Very informal (we sat in McDonalds) and discussed my experience and expectations. One of the regional managers left and made a phone call and told me on the spot I had got the job.
