I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Redbock (Encinitas, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was OK they asked a lot of questions about past experience. Was a pretty standard interview, took about 30 minutes beginning to end. Interviewer was very nice and seemed interested in what I was talking about.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Redbock
Interview
All in all a pretty great experience. It was a 3 step interview process, with the last interview being held in office. It was definitely intimidating as it was 2 hours + long and you meet with 5-6 people, but you really got a feel for the company and the culture in that short period of time. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, and they really helped to ease any nerves. Looking back it was one of my most positive interview experiences.

Question 1
Why recruiting? Be prepared for a mock recruiting call.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Redbock (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview was held by 2 young women, both early 20`s. They were definitely not prepared to do interviews themselves and asked very odd ball questions and when I answered them they had no follow up questions. They asked me how I prepared for the interview and when I answered they simply had no questions after that? Very weird people. They also seemed to be very rude and cliquey during the interview which in turn made the whole process negative for me. They also were more concerned with me not living in the area (even though I had a plan to relocate within the next 2 weeks) and were concerned more about traffic and various odd things than asking me about myself and my experience. If you're going to get interview questions off the internet at least don't trust two young girls who seeming think they know it all to judge who is a best fir for your company.
