Typical process. I submitted my resume through Glassdoor and was contacted the next day for an interview. I came in later that week, met with a panel of three people (the managing broker, the recruiter, and a person performing the job I was applying for). Questions were typical for an interview, the managing broker explained the position and company well, and all my questions were answered.
