Redwood Credit Union interview questions

Had a 45 mins conversation with a recruiter and it was not ideal. No more than 20 minutes in the fall she told me I was not qualified enough to interview for this role and that there are other candidates who are. Yet, 5 months later they are still hiring for the same position and she is still the recruiter. After having that interview with her, I would not dare apply to this place again. That’s probably why the role has been open for months. If I were you, don’t waste your time applying. Especially, if you are qualified and she thinks you’re not.
