I first interviewed with an HR manager for a screening interview over the phone. My next interview was in person and included my manager-to-be and several attorneys in the group. The final interview included the practice group leader, business development director, my manager and several attorneys.

Interview
Multiple interviews through multiple offices, not just the office you are applying to. Was great but there is definitely a difference in vibe between levels of management. Not a bad thing, just not the same culture throughout.
