I had a phone interview where I spoke with one of the team leads about the position, then a in person interview with a panel of current employees, trainers and management. I then was later offered a position with the company.

I was asked about my job history, as well as how I solved problems in the past. They explained various aspects of the customer service position and gave me a scenario with a client to respond to.
