Reflex Media Senior Motion Graphics/Video Editor interview questions

They loved my work (reel) and resume until they saw me. I’m African American and I think they weren’t expected that. It was two interviewers which I didn’t expect. They did give me the floor asking me very basic questions about my “10+ plus experience” despite being wowed by my reel, but you know how it goes…all this interview taught me was to start putting my picture on my resume, so no one’s time is wasted. I’ll advice you do the same if you have the “skill-set” that they are looking for but you know…you know…I don’t need to go deep into this…
