First round: With manager, behavioral and some technical situational questions. Went well.
Second round: With two members, more technical and behavioral questions. Wonderful people.
Third round: Practical live coding. The interviewer was late and unprepared. Very dry and it really threw me off of my game. Seemed uninterested in being there or answering any of my questions. Could tell the other person there wasn't even paying attention. What a waste of time. I felt like I was bothering them when I was asking questions about the company. If you already have decided on other candidates don't waste people's time.
