Interview
Firstly had a screen call with HR for 15 minutes. Next a 45 minute interview with 2 managers from the lab and HR.
They got back to me after 3 weeks with an answer after I sent an email asking for follow up

Question 1
Asked to introduce myself and about my experience, why I want this role, what skills I think would be transferable to QC.
Tell them a project I worked on and if I dealt with conflict or trouble finding a solutions.
Something I was proud of, an achievement.

Interview
In total the process took 1 month. It started with a phone interview from the HR headquarters in New York, the HR lady was lovely. She made the conversation very relaxed and I was comfortable.
Round 2 of the interview process was a video interview (due to covid-19) with the managers in the lab. Again, they were all lovely and asked reasonable questions.

Interview
One phone interview with HR, once successful from phone interview you are invited for three onsite interviews. The onsite interviews all occurred on the same day with different interview panels, each interview was 30 minutes in duration.
