I applied online. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Mobile, AL) in May 2014
Interview
There we're about 20 places in my group interview but only 16 or so showed up.
The interview began with is introducing ourselves — name, age, little bio and the experience with cash handling and/or sales. They were really big on sales experience.
Then the interviewers asked basic questions to the group. I was surprised how few people responded. Especially since it was obvious the interviewers were rating you in responses.
We filled out our preferences for full time, part time or prime time and also the branches where we willing to work.
No one has heard back yet but they said an email would be sent to everyone about their decision.

Question 1
Do you like having sales quotas and would a bonus make a difference?
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.
