The interview began with a tour of the shop. I then met in the conference room with other higher ups, they asked about about my previous work experience, and also some more personal questions like hobbies and interests.

The interview process was easy. There was a panel of 4 people. They asked questions to find out who I was as a person. How my previous experience related to the position I applied for, etc. They gave me a tour of the shop and explained their process of manufacturing. Ended thanking them for their time and wished to see them again.
