Screening interview, interview with sales manager, interview with director of sales. Easy interview, but I do have a lot of sales experience. They do a background check and a credit check. Then you have to pass the MLO Exam before you get a final offer. They put you through training to prepare for the exam.

the interview process is very in depth and they will train you and give you all the tools you need to do the job and make a ton of money. the trainer is in the office and works for the company. so while you are in training you will still be coming into the office
