A very clean and transparent method of interview. 3 rounds of interviews to happened.
first two rounds will be technical one later is HR round. Once you cleared technical rounds HR round is just a discussion about your expectations etc.

For build and release engineers they ask you about Ration synergy/CM tool, perl and a bit of GNU makefile systems. Mainly they check about troubleshooting builds in failed scenarios, build automation.
