Interview
Initial screening for walk-in candidates would be through written aptitude test. For a position of (Sr.)Design Engineer, two rounds of technical interview followed by a HR process. First round of technical interview is carried by panel of 2 techies followed by discussion with Project Manager. Next round would be the formal HR process.

For modem cadre, be prepared to face some tough questions on mobile architecture, algorithms, C/C++/Perl programming
HR will contact you on your preferred job and salaray. They will send your resume to related department manager to interview you with some normal question. Then you may have second interview or get the offer after the first interview.
