Interview
The interview went great. It was nothing too out of the ordinary. At first, it was an over-the-phone type of screening interviewing. Next, they invited me to come into the office to meet with a partner and senior manager.

After online application, one online and one in person interview was done. The communication was not an issue. Second interview was with three people. I did not receive an offer.

Describe a challenging situation and how you handled it
Straight forward and comfortable. Easy to talk to and they were professional and were flexible with the time of the interview which was very helpful for me. I had only one level for the interview and worked with the two individuals who interviewed me which I appreciated because it made me feel that they wanted to work with me and I immediately knew my team.
