Phone interview went great, was told I would be called back and never heard from them. The interviewer was very nice. The phone call was received on time as expected.

There were not many at all. I was told she was filling in for her boss and pretty much just wanted to know my availability for a second interview. Most of the few questions asked were: why are you wanting to leave your current employer and what is your desired salary, pretty basic.

I Had 3 interviews and I thought they went well but ultimately ended up being ghosted in the end no rejection email even after reaching back out to the recruiter

Interview with local level managers, business unit general manager, regional HR manager, and regional vice president. Total of three interviews spanning the course of approximately one month from begin to end.

How do you plan to gain buy in from direct reports and other subordinates to improve upon employee engagement.
Applied through Indeed and had a face-to-face meeting with three interviewers. The panel interview format allowed for engaging conversation with relevant people with different perspectives. Interviewers made me feel comfortable.
