Hiring conference interview (unexpected) with HR. I took the interview even though I wouldn't have accepted the job that it was for (Ops Supervisor). Refreshing that she had read my resume prior to me showing up. Easy first interview, pretty easy in person interview with the Business Unit GM. Had no less than 3 subsequent phone interviews, based on bringing me in at the top of the position compensation bracket.

Interview with local level managers, business unit general manager, regional HR manager, and regional vice president. Total of three interviews spanning the course of approximately one month from begin to end.

How do you plan to gain buy in from direct reports and other subordinates to improve upon employee engagement.
Applied through Indeed and had a face-to-face meeting with three interviewers. The panel interview format allowed for engaging conversation with relevant people with different perspectives. Interviewers made me feel comfortable.
