In the first round of interviews, the interviewer asked me about my experience. I also had relevant certification for the role and the interviewer asked me how I got the certification as the interviewer was planning to get the certification. Was selected for the second round in-person interview was just 8 minutes. No experience based questions . It was a very informal interview and I was told I was the top candidate. It felt like I was over qualified and I was even more qualified than the interviewer. Though the pay was less I was willing to join them as I wanted to gain more experience but at the end I was rejected for the role and another candidate was hired. Very UNFAIR method of selection where I was not even interviewed properly.
