Interview
I was mostly asked personal questions about my personality, with perhaps three questions pertaining to my work experience. And that was after I was mean-mugged by the interviewer in the parking lot.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Residential Warranty Services (Carmel, IN) in Jul 2016
Interview
I had to call the CEO, who asked me a few basic questions, and then had to abruptly leave without giving me an explanation. He said he would call me back in two hours, but I had to call him back after he forgot about me for three hours. Then he proceeded to tell me how his company didn't really need me, and then offered me minimum wage for a highly specialized position.

Interview
I was completely flabbergasted at how awful my interview here was. I met with three people overall and two of them were very professional and polite but the man was incredibly disrespectful. He wasted half the interview criticizing a small business I had on my resume and even pulled up photos of the business and mocked its appearance. He rudely finished my sentences and even answered his phone while I was speaking about my experience to importantly tell the caller, "I'll text you when this meeting is over." I wish I would have gotten up and left the interview but I guess we can't all be that pompous.
