Pre-screen phone interview followed by a face-to-face with hiring manager. ResMed HR team was fantastic. They were prompt and clear in their communications. The HR person I worked with was very professional and had a great attitude. She provided good information about the company culture and work environment. What I found to be the most beneficial and amazing in today's job hunting environment is my HR contact provided me feedback on why I wasn't going forward in the process. Many companies simply send a canned email. ResMed HR took the time to provide me candid feedback. I found that to be unique and very helpful as I pursue other opportunities.
