Interview
Surprisingly short/easy 2-round process for a senior role. Verbal offer extended shortly. Surprisingly long (close to 2 months) wait to get the offer approved and on paper, but well worth waiting. Very professional HR providing weekly updates and keeping communication alive.

Interview
Worst experience ever.
1 TR : average job related questions with 3-4 coding questions.
2 TR : arranged call with the onsite lead late at night. That lead brought another person in the panel to ask questions with him.
2nd person started asking questions without even letting me finish my answers. I politely told him 2-3 times to let me finish my answers but he kept on interrupting no-no this is not right. He was just not ready to listen to the answers and wanted them to structured as he had in his mind.
After this the onsite lead, gave one question and I solved it,
But could not escape the classic case of HR ghosting.
Even after multiple follow ups, the HR's of this org are so stubborn to waste their precious 2 min of time to reply back on feedback.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the interruptions and lack of follow-up, as respectful communication is essential in our interview process. Your feedback will help us improve the candidate experience and ensure more constructive and courteous interactions.
We appreciate your time and insights, and we wish you the best in your career journey.
