Lengthy and detailed. Had 9 interviews in 2 months from several leadership team members and experienced community manager team. Had to write an essay or recap of the interaction in addition to several video interviews.

Very detailed with video presentations in your style of management. The questions are to see how much you will put up with a bobble head figure title when, in actual terms, you have no real control.
