RBI has outsourced the HR function to an external firm, the interviewer called from Poland and 5 minutes early. The interview was straightforward and the interviewer was very pleasant, agreed to continue the interview regardless of my low GPA, however i was informed afterward that GPA is a non-negotiable cutoff point for the process. Enjoyed the interview, but highly disappointed with RBI's culture of objectifying candidates to criteria that is not representative. If you are from engineering, what they are looking for is Grad School level GPA to move forward, which is not equivalent to normally expected grades form commerce or sciences. I was refereed for this opportunity.
