Phone screen with technical questions and then a face to face interview with the HR person and one of their Team Leaders at the company. Starts with some C# and SQL coding exercises on a laptop their provide (1 hour for 8 exercises) and then you discuss your experience with them. Pretty standard interview, they were fair, practical and don't waste your time like some companies.
