Interview with 2 people. The owner and another HR person. Review of job description and my experience. Expectations for the role and explanation of changing duties based on business size.

Basic, normal interview questions. Informal more like a conversation. Met with the creative coordinator and marketing manager. Company seems small as they are still a start up. Not sure I'd be a good fit there.
