Interview

Resume and call back. Interview was set up promptly. The woman interviewing was very nice and knowledgeable. She seems to really care for her company. Interview started on time. It was like talking with a friend. She was very forward with her questions and very good at keeping her facial and body language to a minimum.

Some questions were asked however the interviewers did not have experience hiring people. The asked my salary requirements in the first 15 minutes of the interview, which I didn't answer. They described the company and what their goals were. They asked me about my experience and how it's relevant.

Interview

A friend, who works for Revolusun, asked me if I wanted to work at Revolusun, as well. They needed Assistants to help with all the paperwork involved with selling a 'solar system' to residence. I accepted the position.

Most difficult task was to make sure ALL clients, who purchased a solar systems, was contacted on a weekly base to assure their questions, comments, and/or concerns are being addressed through-out their installation process.
