Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds, followed by a final discussion regarding hiring. It felt like it was primarily behavioral, focused on questions about previous experience, complemented by a take-home assignment. Phase two was more technical with questions regarding understanding of the assignment, and backend best practices. The overall duration, including the assignment, was roughly fifteen hours, which proved a bit challenging to manage alongside a full-time job for a less experienced person. Interviewers were consistently clear about their expectations throughout the process.
