The interview was conducted online with both the HR representative and the Hiring Manager. HR was friendly and supportive, which helped set a positive tone at the start. However the conversation with the Hiring Manager felt quite rigid. The questions were very hypothetical which made the flow a bit hard to follow. There wasn’t much space to discuss my actual experience, as the conversation moved quickly from one question to the next. The tone also felt a bit sharp at times, making the interaction slightly awkward. Overall, I was expecting a more open and conversational approach, especially from a company like RhinoShield.
