Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority interview questions

The two guys were nice enough, one of the IT guys was pretty rude to keep asking questions even though I told him it wasn't a fit and I was not interested, seemed like he was trying to impress his boss also on the c call. Job description did not match what they were looking for at all. Microsoft doesn't even want to touch this so they are trying to outsource a dev to work on their 3rd party app for not nearly enough money.
