Smooth processes. Straightforward. Did not require Excel test or technical stuff
Multiple interviews including various excel and other tests. Meeting with the senior leaders was chaotic with puzzling questions in a rapid fire format and overall lack of professionalism. No rejection, no response to follow-ups. One of the oddest interview experiences I have had.

They didn't even send a rejection, nor did they reply after I emailed after the interview. They were the ones who reached out to me in the first place after attending the event and offered me a virtual interview with HR and then one in-person with 2 senior managers and one partner.
