The hiring process consists of multiple stages, starting with the initial application submission. This is followed by a phone interview to assess basic qualifications and communication skills. Next is a technical interview that evaluates problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge. Finally, candidates complete a take-home assignment, which involves building a demo project .

Interview
First round was an interview with the CEO answering questions about previous projects and my design process. At the end of the interview, I was given a design challenge to complete within the next few days. I emailed my finished work (a slide deck and prototype) back to them. A final meeting was then booked with me to discuss the completed challenge.

Interview

Next is the Interview where the team members get to know a little about you and ask some common questions (strengths/ weaknesses)
Finally the Design challenge, they will give you a short brief and will also highlight the key points they are looking for.
