The best interview experience that I ever had during the internship searching. First of all, the recruiter, Jenna, is very professional, friendly and helpful. Along the process, she always makes me feel very welcome. Secondly, the pair-programming interview is also an awesome experience. Don't worry if you no background in Angular.js, the pair-programming partner, Matt, will explain and guide you through the concept of Angular.js very clearly at the first 20 minutes. He is truly a good teacher. Besides, I was so nervous when approaching the problem, but he kept encouraging me, and make me feel confident that I can solve the problem and no need to worry about making mistake during the interview. To sum up, the interview experience is truly amazing. People in RigUp can see the best of candidates. I can feel working in RigUp must be a wonderful experience. It's a hard choice for me to do internship at another company to meet my short-term career goal, due to the wonderful interview experience at RigUp.
