      Administrative Assistant Interview

      2 Dec 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RigUp in Nov 2020

      Interview

Very clear cut. Email requesting a pre-screen phone call with a recruiter. That call gave a lot of clarity as to what the role was and clarity on the team. I had a subsequent call with the primary for the job. First phone interview was a no show, but after an email it was straightened out and rescheduled. The call was very straight forward. “Tell me about yourself and your experiences that make you a good match”. Follow up email and calls from recruiter and eventually an offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

“How does your experience align with the role. “ Basic questions that match the role. Asking for more depth on skills that I had.
