I applied through university. I interviewed at RightClick (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2023
Interview
A waste of time, drawn out, overly intense for role, meeting with lots of people, very college focused and followed up from alumni connections of career fairs, makes job seem more intense then it truly is
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RightClick (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
RightClick contacted me online for a software developer role at a separate company. I had a generic phone screen and then we scheduled an additional in-person meeting. An in-person meeting is unusual for external recruiters, but I went anyway.
The employee I spoke to didn't show up to the meeting. It was in a coworking office and I was told to meet them in the lobby/common area, and they never arrived nor answered my email or phone calls. They also didn't respond to additional follow up emails a week later. It was a big waste of time.

Question 1
Typical "tell us about yourself" questions. Nothing challenging.
