I received quick follow-up from a recruiter after applying online and interviewed the following week. Recruiter was informative and transparent.
HR and a manager conducted a video interview. Manager asked about a gap in my resume where I’d completed military training and why I didn’t include a non-related position I held for a month six years ago. Intel interviews, in my *limited* experience, are usually pretty cut and dry, discussing databases, types of reporting etc. This one felt more like a military promotion board or behavioral assessment. Manager was a little too self-assured for how much they seemed to know about the subject matter.
HR got back within 24 hours. If you do interview here, I would practice your elevator pitch and selling your experience, and come out of the gate hot. It was a much different interaction than those with SIGINT/CYBER folk.
