Riman advertises itself as the #1 beauty brand in Korea, when in reality the average South Korean has never even heard of this brand. It virtually has no presence on any shopping platforms but they try to convince you otherwise by hiring influencers of a middle-aged demographic to talk about how the products work miracles, even though they themselves have no knowledge or experience in the South Korean beauty/skincare industry.
Now, I'm sure their products actually work but it was very unfortunate to find out that this was another pyramid scheme, where you start off as an independent distributor and gain sales through commissions. Work your way up to the top by getting promoted to a team leader position, and if you are in the top percentile of your region, you get invited on a retreat to their villa on Jeju island. That's really the only incentive they have going.
