I had 3 different interviews. On the third interview I was given an offer. I felt very relaxed during the interview and did not feel uncomfortable at any time. It was very open discussion on my previous job experience.

I was asked if I had any experience with working with overseas factories.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rimports USA (Provo, UT) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview was very comfortable. The COO made a very easy environment to go over my resume and discuss my previous work experience. I also meet with the Manager over the Project Management team and he was also very easy to talk to and discuss my previous work experience.
