La personne qui m'a fait l'entrevue était vraiment sympa. On a discuté de mes compétences, mes aspirations et vraiment de tout et de rien. C'était vraiment une question pour voir si je "fittais" avec l'entreprise.

Meeting with Senior management to assess your qualifications and discuss your past experiences in advertising. Overall, the process is rather similar to other agencies in the industry. Your ability to speak French and English is also evaluated.
