      Paraeducator Interview

      9 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Ontario, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ro Health (Ontario, CA) in Jan 2022

      Interview

Scheduled an interview for a day and time that worked and then when it came to that day and time, I didn’t hear from them or get any notification. So I emailed in confusion, thinking I might’ve mistakenly got the dates wrong. Didn’t hear back and scheduled for another date and time, had to wait because the weekend came and that following Monday finally got a response back for a different time. Interview went well, negotiated a hourly rate and which cities I would work in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would I want to be paid per hour; if I wanted to be full time or part time; if I was okay commuting 30mins away; did I have any degrees
