The Recruiter was expedient and personable, I did not accept because I was offered a different position. They had great communication skills and were very friendly over all I enjoyed the interview

Interview
The interview process took about two days. They first brought me in to their office in Milwaukee; which was rather empty and looked like no one had been there. Overall I didn’t get great feelings from the start. Next was just a series of basic interview questions: “what are your strengths/weaknesses” “why should be hire you” “why do you want to work for us” etc..... I had two back to back interviews within about an hour, then the offer extended to me 2 days later. The rest of the whole interview was just selling me on “the dream” and what you can accomplish. Best advice for recent college grads is... you can do better, selling internet at Walmart especially in a B to C environment like this is very degrading, as well as the pay will be minuscule from what you could be making. They will hire anyone
