Interview only - tried to assess whether I would be a good fit for the company and also how I would get on with a very diverse range of customers. From specifiers to builders to people building their own houses. Very much a personality based interview.

Interview
A two stage interview process involving most of the senior management. The first interview focused on my qualifications and skills while the second had more to do with personal ability. During the interview process I met with all but two of the senior management team which gave a good insight to the culture at the top.
