It was with the nurse manager and a staff nurse. They were open and friendly to me throughout the process. I was able to shadow the floor nurse for a little while.

Interview
I applied online, and got an email from a nurse recruiter within the hour to schedule a phone interview. I ended up having an unofficial interview while on a unit during my capstone, and was offered a job (pending my passing the NCLEX, and going through a drug screening soon) before leaving the meeting. The interviewer was very personable, and wanted to make sure I found a floor that was a good fit, so she scheduled times for me to shadow several units in the near future.
