There were 3 parts to my interview process:
1. Simple screening-type phone call
2. Zoom interview, fairly casual
3. In-peson practical interview - involved a practical exercise around reporting, with a mock report and mock client.

During the practical exercise, I was quizzed on a few marketing terms (ie explaining what certain acronyms are, and explaining the difference between two terms).
