There is 2 filters, the first one is a call with the Talent Manager and if all goes well, then you have a call with the Head of Department for your area.

all in all it was a decent conversation, however, in the beginning , five minutes into interview, the interviewer had told me that they just filled the position. so i guess it was bad luck
