The interview process was quite smooth overall — from the initial screening call with the recruiter to the conversation with the hiring manager and finally the business case. After presenting the business case, I was told I would receive feedback within a week. However, a week passed without any update — not even a message to inform me that the process was delayed.
I decided to follow up proactively, but still didn’t receive a response. The final reply only came several weeks later.
I don’t believe this is the right way to treat a candidate who has progressed to such an advanced stage of the selection process.
