The process is very much what you would expect - initial call with recruiter, previous experience deep dive interview, system design interview, culture alignment interview and then a final one with someone from the C-suite. I was a bit surprised there was no coding whatsoever, but that seems increasingly popular at startup interviews. What really set the company apart, which I guess contributed to me accepting the offer, was the enthusiasm and attitude of everyone I spoke to. I've had too many interviews where the interviewer frankly seems uninterested to be there. Or sometimes you feel like they are there just to grill you. The interviews here felt like two way conversations where both parties are learning about one another, as it should be. Bonus points that I always got feedback very fast, like next day.
