Interview was pretty straightforward, I had good interactions with the interview team.
However the call back was the absolute worst. They 'attempted' to reach out to me multiple times, but i never received any calls nor the voicemails that they advised they left me never showed up in my voicemail box. They ended up going with other candidates due to this issue.
I would not recommend applying to this company.

They asked me scenario based questions regarding coverages.
I applied in early May and was invited to an introductory call, pending a call or email for next steps. It's been two weeks since that call. I was told the next steps is with the hiring manager. Does anyone have any advice on what questions they might ask or how long it will take to hear back from the recruiter?

Very relaxed. The best interview I ever had. I felt very comfortable and at ease. This company is the utopia of what insurance companies should run their company. No unrealistic expectations. You truly work your own claims.
