Relaxed interview, with the hiring manager explaining the role and the company. Questions regarding your managerial experience. They value enthusiasm and willingness to learn and work hard. Knowledge of the business commercially is a big plus

What drew to Rosa's and how do you see yourself developing here?
Very easy and informal. Had a chat with restaurant manager, then an online video call, was offered the position the same day. All very relaxed, nothing too strenuous and the questions were easy to answer.
