Rose Revolutions interview questions

An absolute shambles of an interview. Put into a tiny room with 5 other people in some god-awful industrial estate. All felt like a scam. They kept on using the word 'appointment' rather than interview as well which is never a good sign and it is very unclear what the actual role was for. After I 'passed' the first stage they invited me to follow them door-door the following day. I declined.
